It wasn't until the late 80's, when I was listening to an AM radio station that played some really old stuff that I heard the song "We Three", and was floored. I now have the Ink Spots Anthology (a double cd) that I play fairly often when I want to relax. Here are a couple of gems for you.

humguitar, I apologize for my tardiness. I couldn't ever get to a computer that would download the u-tubes that you linked. But my parents have just arrived for Thanksgiving, and I asked if they might bring their vinyl collection. Sure enough, on the one Ink Spots record they brought was "The Gypsy". What a gem! Thanks,

I don't think I could name ten right now but definitely included in my list are Sam's Town and Hot Fuss by The Killers, Viva La Vida by Coldplay and The Gulag Orkestar and Flying Club Cup by Beirut.

My CD collection looks like a music store--at least one CD of just about every kind of music there is. My favorites are constantly changing. Right now, I'm mostly into Franz Liszt, who was a classical composer.
