Interesting choice of words given that Coulter routinely theatens liberals with violence.

When the NYT--a decidedly liberal publication--decided to report on the National Security Agency's domestic eavesdropping program along with a Treasury Department program designed to track international financial transactions for terrorist activity, Coulter called it as she saw it. She labelled it as "something that could have gotten them executed, certainly did get the Rosenbergs executed".

Coulter, no doubt a definite bomb-thrower with a knack for hyperbole, made an important point. Now while comparing these actions to the Rosenbergs might have been a tadbit of an exagerration, the NYT certainly should have been investigated for undermining US counterterrorism efforts. Rather than question what possible detriment releasing the story could have on national security, appealing to the hate-Bush crowd to sell papers seemed much more in line with their agenda.

Of course Goldberg is filled to the brim with bias, and thusly lies.

Anyone who espouses that one of the two opposing political/philosophical ideologies of today is "better" than the other one is one of 3 things:

1. an idiot
2. too lazy to think for themselves
3. trying to sell you something

Goldberg is mainly the 3rd - there's nothing wrong with taking advantage of people less intelligent than you - that is how corporate capitalism and most businessmen work. However, championing conservatism over liberalism, or vice versa, is like saying the "Yin" is better than the "Yang"; it is meaningless and simply untrue.

Both Liberalism and Conservatism are inherently necessitated in our political system, to encourage debate, to act as checks for one another, and to cover the gamut of rationality behind multiple viewpoints. Both have their upsides, both have their downs. Both sides advocate freedom, equality, and the value of life over death.

So - to be a true partisan - to be so ridiculously one-sided on ALL issues, that you will cheer for your team right or wrong, makes you just another useful idiot that propels otherwise unexceptional men like Goldberg into fame, all the while making the country a stupider place to live in.

Think for YOURSELF. Unless you don't mind being dumb, lazy or an accomplice to a liar.

BTW I am urging anyone and everyone who felt cheated out of an hour's wage when they purchased "110 People Who..." to write a letter to Mr. Goldberg requesting a refund, as it doesn't seem right to me - nor patriotic - that he should make such a fortune by dumbing down his own country...
