Tebow and the Bible

During your discussion Re: Tom Tebow, you asserted that the "Bible is wrong" when you discussed the fundamentalist claim of the agte of the earth. I disagree. The Bible is not wrong. A;though the period of time is defined in Genesis, the definition of a day is not found in the Bible. Actually sequence of the events for each "day" corresponds to the events held to be true by earth scientists. Interestingly, Genesis is over 4000 years old. The study of geology or earth science is less than 200 years old.

Good post. What is even better about all this hype is that Christians love to be persecuted. It only makes us stronger and everyone else weaker. If "God" is for us than who could be against us. Any chance I could mimic "Jesus" I will and happily.

A "day" to us mere mortals is not the same as a "day" to G-d. His "day" can be infinite where can never be so.
