Ferguson Missouri Riots

I just heard Mr Goldberg on the Bill Reilly show. Generally, I am not a huge fan of Bill Reilly, however, Mr Reilly interviewed Mr Goldberg regarding the events that have taken place in Ferguson , over the last 24 hours and before. Finally, I heard someone who got it right about the police shooting in Ferguson.

Look, out of all due respect to the Brown family, Michael Brown was a criminal who instigated this tragedy, he challenged Officer Wilson, and was the author of his own demise. Criminals are looting and burning businesses in Ferguson under the guise of protesting their rage about the Grand Jury decision and perceived police brutality. These criminals have no interest in Michael Brown or perceived injustices. All they want is free booze, and to burn down the community. This was more than evident when the a news clip showed Michael Brown's stepfather rant, rage, and shout - burn this b....... down! What a tragic joke!

From the War on Christmas to Obama Care, to Immigration Reform and Border Control, to Ferguson. This is what happens when a free country founded in the rule of law strays from its foundations, abandons or misconstrues constitutional law that has served us so well these last 238 years, and gives ever-increasing deference to political correctness so deep-rooted in the liberal mind. This country is indeed, going to hell in a hand basket. This is going to get out of control and we'll be lucky to survive it. At some point, we as a people have got to stand up and shout, "Enough!!".

We are a nation founded in Judeo-Christian values and beliefs and as such, I find no reason why we should have to give up our religious holidays, holiday phrasings and nativity scenes to placate a decided minority who, basically, believe in nothing at all.

We've now seen what happens when the United States steps away from the world scene; the world goes to Hell in a hand basket.

Obama has once again shown us what happens to Socialism when you run out of other people's money; Obama Care cannot and will not work. Socialized medicine in unsustainable in this country for a variety of reasons.

And why, do we really need "Immigration Reform"? I always thought that Article I, section 8 of the constitution was pretty clear on the matter. If you are born here or naturalized, you are a citizen of the United States of America. The 14th Amendment is also clear on the fact that only natural born or naturalized citizens are endowed with the rights and benefits of U.S. citizenship. The path to citizenship for the wannabe's seems to be pretty clear, also. You apply for a Residence Visa and work permit, you wait you're prescribed time, learn our history and our language. Once you have completed the steps, you apply for citizenship, pass your tests and take the oath of allegiance. So again, why do we really need Immigration reform and why, are we inclined to reward bad behavior with amnesty and full benefits?

Ferguson? Really! So, an individual of the Thug variety commits a strong arm robbery of a convenience store, shows total contempt for the law when an officer asks him and his buddy to move out of the street and on to the sidewalk, verbally and physically assaults the officer, who then, gives chase and upon being charged by the suspect, the officer shoots and kills the suspect. For this, the town, a predominantly black community is up in arms and its citizenry proceeds to basically destroy much of the town's commercial district. The Governor should have called in the National Guard that night. He should have immediately made it unequivocally and demonstrably clear that such ensuing anarchy would not be tolerated. Screw political correctness. A thug is a thug regardless of color and wanton looting, destruction and anarchy will not be tolerated, regardless of the circumstances. The citizens of this country have a right of redress and there are lawful steps and procedures with which to seek that redress.

We have always known that our country is not perfect, our laws are not perfect, neither is our system of justice, but it's the best anywhere in the world by far. Trust me, I've lived and worked all over the world and, despite what anyone thinks, the events of the last six years under president Obama have not served to achieve what some might characterize as social evolution. This is the systemic dissolution of a once united people and a nation of laws that indeed once served the greater good.

Bernie is spot on target. We have people running all over shouting “hands up, don’t shoot” and 7 African American witnesses said no such thing happened.
